Owning a business definitely changes your expectations. When something goes wrong, you need fast response and clear communication, not vague timelines. We had an issue at our office where a small leak turned into downtime because it wasn’t handled quickly enough. Since then, I try to think ahead and keep reliable service contacts saved, the same way I do for other professional needs. I do that even outside plumbing, like when I look up Denturists in Victoria, BC before I actually need an appointment. Planning ahead saves stress when time really matters.
