Dedicated Software Teams for Long-Term Projects

Hi everyone. I’m currently involved in a product that has grown faster than we expected, and our internal team is struggling to keep up with development, testing, and design tasks at the same time. Hiring locally takes too long, and freelancers don’t always stay long enough to understand the product deeply. I’m trying to understand how dedicated software teams actually work in real projects and whether they can really integrate into existing workflows without constant micromanagement. I’d like to hear practical experiences before we make any decisions.

Hey, I was in a similar situation not so long ago. What helped was looking into a dedicated team model where specialists are selected specifically for your project and stay with it long term. The team worked as an extension of our own, covering backend, frontend, QA, and even some UI work, while following our existing processes. I found the explanation of how this setup works, from team selection to delivery stages, quite clear when I decided to read more, and it helped set realistic expectations.
