Had to cancel my bus trip on Greyhound last week and requested a refund online. The system generated a cancellation confirmation but my bank hasn’t seen the credit, and the refund status remains “processing.” I followed up with their contact form but haven’t received a reply. Has anyone successfully moved a stalled refund through Greyhound? I’d like to know which details prompted their team to issue the reimbursement.
