Would you personally buy and use used laptops? We're talking Lenovo Thinkpads, Dell Latitudes, and HP EliteBooks. Not some other low-budget crap. What worries me is that these are the elite of these three OEMs in terms of quality, and the specs seem reasonable, but they say their batteries are about 50% charged, and the laptop lasts 2-3 hours on battery... A bit dubious, right? What do you think?

I recently bought a used laptop to manage my work on the go, and it’s been a game-changer for keeping up with projects. Since I also use power tools, I’ve been looking into DeWalt 18V battery replacement to keep my gear running smoothly. You can find affordable used DeWalt 18V batteries on eBay, often with free shipping, but check seller ratings for reliability. For laptops, I’d recommend checking battery health before buying—similar to ensuring tool batteries hold a charge. Anyone have tips on spotting good deals for either?
