HELP BRING MASKS TO OUR HEALTHCARE WORKERS - Fulton County Public Health is working to bring 1 million PPE masks from Shanghai to Atlanta for hospitals and healthcare workers in the metro area. Air transport is needed as the organization works on a donation of free or significantly reduced inventory from Asia Socks, Inc. Its sample of 500 masks has been sent to and approved by the Fulton County Public Health, who will handle the distribution to the Atlanta healthcare community. VOLUNTEER RECRUITMENT, MANAGEMENT ASSISTANCE FOR NONPROFITS – Could your nonprofit benefit from being included on Hands On Atlanta’s (HOA) platform and database of COVID-19-related opportunities?  HOA is making these services and training available, free of change, to local organizations eager to attract help with essential projects (i.e., food, shelter, public health, etc.).  Contact: Jay Cranman ’18,

MATCH is not intended to duplicate or compete with the many valuable community engagement sites currently available.  Opportunities included here should:

  • Be led by a Leadership or LEAD Atlanta alumnus, or directly involve the alum or their organization/company
  • Take aim at a serious, unmet or underreported need that has resulted (or will result) from the current pandemic
  • Leverage the unique assets of our alumni (beyond financial support)
