Program Leadership Team
The Program Leadership Team is responsible for the design and implementation of the Program Year, namely all of the programs and activities for the current class. Leadership Atlanta alumni form the committees that plan and implement the Opening and Closing Retreats and each of the six Program Days. Alumni committees also organize and facilitate the Study Groups, design and organize the Community Leadership Projects, and coordinate additional learning activities, such as the police ride-alongs, 911 observations, Leadership Visits, and more.
The Program Leadership Team is made up of the Program Chair, Program Chair-Elect, Co-Chairs of each of the retreats and program days, the Study Group Facilitator Chair, and the Co-Chairs of the Leadership Projects.
