Leadership Atlanta would like your help in nominating potential applicants for the LEAD Atlanta Class of 2012. Alumni and current class participants are our most important source for nominations. We ask you to take this responsibility seriously by actively seeking out qualified, enthusiastic applicants to ensure the continuation of a program that has been such a positive force in metro Atlanta.

• Nominees must be between 25 and 32 years of age.
• We are looking for the next generation of Metro Atlanta's leaders - rising stars who will determine the future of our region.
• Nominees must have demonstrated excellence in their chosen professional field. We seek individuals who have made a significant impact early in their careers and who have been identified within their industry as high potential leaders.
• We seek young leaders from all sectors - large and small business, government, law, non-profit services and philanthropy, education and the arts, etc.
• Nominees must demonstrate significant volunteer leadership. Top candidates will have extensive histories of community service that include positions of leadership.
• Nominees must demonstrate potential for growing personally and effecting change.
• We seek nominees from the entire Metro Atlanta area. There is no residency requirement.
• Tenure in Atlanta is not necessarily a factor. Potential for impact on Atlanta now and in the future is more important. Community service in other communities is considered.
