CANDIDATE PROFILE

• We are looking for the next generation of Metro Atlanta’s leaders.
• Nominees must be between 25 and 32 years of age.
• Nominees must have demonstrated impact in their chosen profession. We seek individuals who have been identified within their company or industry as high potential leaders.
• We seek young leaders from all sectors – large and small business, government, law, non-profit services and philanthropy, education, the arts and medicine.
• Nominees must demonstrate a commitment to service and community engagement.
• Nominees must demonstrate potential for and willingness to grow personally and effect change.
• We seek nominees from the entire Metro Atlanta area. There is no residency requirement.
• Tenure in Atlanta is not necessarily a factor. Potential for impact on the community now and in the future is more important.
